The English Premier League will kick-off this Saturday at 7:45 AM at Old Trafford where the first EPL Match Preview stars Manchester United taking on Swansea City. Both teams have gone through some changes since last season and both teams will look to kick off this season the right way with a win.

Manchester United have brought in Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw as well as appointed a new manager in Louis Van Gaal. Van Gaal has changed the formation to a 3-5-2 wing back which allows for the defensive backs to play both offense and defense. During the preseason, Manchester United has looked good, winning all of their preseason matches. As well, Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie are both healthy and Van Gaal has been actively engaging in the transfer window. However, Manchester United is lacking another wing back to take the place of the injured Shaw as well as to play the other side. United will continue to look for solutions for their wing back situation.

Swansea City has plenty of talented players and finished twelfth in the league last season. Swansea brought in Jefferson Montero, Lukasz Fabianski, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Bafetimbi Gomis to put the Swans in a very advantageous position. Swansea City looks ready to play and could give Manchester United a run for their money. Fabianski is solid in net, Montero is a speedster and Sigurdsson and Gomis are very capable offensive players

Coming into the game, not many people are giving Swansea a chance against Manchester United but it is a possibility that Swansea could pull out a win. Swansea has beaten Manchester United before but it could be a tougher time around due to the new manager and a healthy Manchester United.

Van Gaal has Manchester United running on all cylinders and Van Gaal has a history of turning teams around. This time it will be no different. I predict Manchester United to win 2-0 over Swansea City where Robin Van Persie and Juan Mata will score for the Red Devils.
